We program our media by sequential write and read of the data thus ensuring a memory saving programming. Every memory undergoes a 100% verification of the programmed data.

Special program interfaces make it possible to serialize the product, to encrypt or apply a copy guard. According to your requirements and needs we supply custom-tailored concepts.

We offer 100% traceability as per IATF 16949 requirements. Additionally, we do the end-of-line control of media independent of the copying system. To ensure maximum reliability of our components, we program a memory not more than two times. The customer can thus be sure to get a permanently reliable and long-lasting product.

Not all systems are equal. For such demanding and critical systems, specifically we offer customized adjustments. In such cases we work with our memory manufacturers to check the system of the customer for 100% compatibility, and if need be, we tailor the product to the system.

Not only for the sake of the environment we offer a re-work service for already programmed products. In this process we remove the label and packaging of the storage medium, the memory is deleted completely and thereafter re-programmed. Then, we pack and dispatch it again.

Our machines can be loaded very easily and quickly due to their modular design and extremely short set-up times. We can thus ensure the necessary efficiency of operations.

In addition to our main location in Germany, we have a location in China to supply this market. In China, navigation data may not be brought outside of the country, which is the reason we have decided to set up a local production facility here with the respective legal requirements.

Our communication medium Babtec Qube enables a fast and efficient communication. It ensures a quick analysis of the error by CDA and the memory manufacturer. We supply an 8D report to the manufacturer and customer alike. Additionally, we offer an error analysis on the customer’s test equipment.
